MOL’s WBD 2020

What a wonderful day at school today learning about journeys and having fun together. Well done to everyone who brought in favourite books to share, spent time reading and listening to stories together and came dressed for all sorts of travel adventures. As always it was brilliant to see everyone (adults and children together) dressed down or dressed up in a creative array of outfits for our Journeys theme, including a passport, Thomas the Tank Engine and google maps! Pupils mixed classes to read to each other and the P6s and P7s buddied up with younger pupils to have fun with stories, including playing ‘at the beach’ in nursery. The sun certainly shone for us on this year’s World Book Day. Here are some pictures from the day…
