6 clean sheets in 8 games for Aden in goals.

After a typical MoL poor 1st game where we lost to Craigowl we moved the starting line up around and the boys got up to the pace of the tournament. Some great wins followed scoring some excellent goals and playing a great passing game of football. The boys also showed great character in particular to come from behind against Elgin where a freak goal had us behind but we stuck to the plan and got the win.

Craigowl also qualified in 2nd place, despite not losing all day as they had some draws where we managed wins and this allowed us to finish a point above them. We also knocked the defending SSFA Junior 7’s champions out today as well.

Next stop for this squad is the National Final at Torryglen in Glasgow on Wednesday 8th May.

The singing and celebrations continued the whole way up the road as the boys were understandably delighted to make the finals.
