Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to advise you that, as from the 1st of January 2019, all administration for lets at Milton Of Leys Primary School will transfer to the Highland Council’s Facilities Booking Team.
The contact details for the Facilities Booking Team are as follows:-

Telephone: 01463 644140 (voicemail available from 17:00 to 08:00)
All current and future booking forms that have already been confirmed will be passed onto the Facilities Booking Team and continue as normal. Please continue to contact Hilton Community centre with any queries and requests for bookings up until the 1st of January.
Invoices for let’s up until the end of December 2018 will be processed by the team at Hilton at the end of December/ beginning of January and from January 019 onwards, invoices will be administrated and sent out by the Highland Council’s Facilities Booking Team
The team at Hilton Community Centre will work closely with Highland Council to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible.
