MOL School Football Team Success!

School Football Nov 18

I was delighted to receive a tournament report from the MOL Coaches:

Yesterday our P6/7’s played in the SSFA Highland Qualifier tournament at Inverness Royal Academy.

Delighted to report that Milton of Leys won the tournament to qualify for the Regional Finals.

After a frustrating start the team managed to move the ball about a bit quicker and the results came.

Mol 1 Merkinch 1

Mol 1 West End Elgin 0
Cole ⚽️

Mol 0 Crown 0

Mol 2 Holm 0

Mol 2 Cradlehall 0

Cole ⚽️

Mol 4 Cromarty 0
Jamie ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Cole ⚽️

Mol 1 Hilton 0

Mol 2 Cawdor 0

It all ended in a nail biting finish with us needing to win our last game and needing Merkinch to drop points!

We won our game 2-0 whilst Merkinch lost to send us through to the the Regional Finals in Dundee!

Well done to all the players & Coaches Alex and Liam. Behaviour was top class and we thoroughly deserved to win it.
