The Body Coach Fitness Week

This week is fitness week with Joe Wicks, The Body Coach. Joe wicks is leading 5 HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions for schools to join in with. These are live workouts where pupils and staff are encouraged to take part in a 20 minute workout. You may recognise the name Joe Wicks from the books that he has written ‘Lean in 15’

At Milton of Leys we have decided to do these work outs as one big team and at 10am every morning classes and teachers come together in the gym hall to complete our daily work out together.

There are thousands of schools across the UK following Joe Wick’s live work out at the same time. Each day we have posted on twitter and on youtube to say we are participating and on Monday we received a shout out from Joe himself!
