As the Christmas season draws near, we would like to ensure that parents, families and members of the community are aware of the many festivities we have planned at MOL.

On Tuesday December 12th, we would like to invite all members of the school community to join us for our whole school outdoor carol service. This will take place on the MUGA (weather permitting) from 2.15pm so please come dressed suitably for the event. There will be teas, coffees, MOL’s very own all-age friendly mulled juice and mince pies to help keep everyone warm. In the case of very inclement weather, we will convene in the hall.

On Thursday December 14th, nursery and P1 will host the Early Level Shows (at 10.00am & 2.00pm) in the school hall. Letters have gone out to these families for the ticket-only event.

On Friday December 15th, P7 will run the first MOL Market of the year in the school hall from 2.00-4.00pm. This will have a seasonal theme with Christmas songs, food, drinks and a wide range of crafts. This event is open to all members of the community who would like to take some time out of their busy pre-Christmas schedule to enjoy the warmth and hospitality of a MOL Market.

On all three occasions, we will be selling tickets for the school Christmas raffle. Christmas raffle tickets will also be available from the school office from the week beginning Monday December 11th until the end of the school day on Tuesday 19th December. Raffle prize winners will be announced on Wednesday 20th December.

Meantime, we look forward to seeing you at the school at one of our seasonal events above.
