Parking and Gates

Just a quick reminder that there should be no parking in front of the gates next to the gym hall/MUGA steps at any time. This area requires to be kept clear for emergency access.

Following on from an incident which happened this week, I am making a plea to all car park users to be aware of children crossing the road at the start and end of the school day. A child was very nearly knocked down this week by a car and clearly, this is the last thing the school would want to happen so your support is very much appreciated.

Unfortunately, I regret to say that despite numerous requests, the disabled parking slots are still being used by cars who do not display the blue badge. Clearly, when this happens, it means that any parent/visitor with a legitimate need to park as close to the school building as possible, is unable to do so.

Finally, I am happy to announce that after the Easter Holidays, the entry gate at the bottom of the school (near to the MUGA itself) will be opened in the mornings and at home time for pupils. As was indicated earlier in the year, this gate will be used during Term 4 and Term 1 whilst the weather is hopefully better.
