Carnival of Learning-Fri 21st Sep!!!

Just a reminder about Friday’s invitation to ALL parents, family and friends to come into MOL and find out what we’ve been doing during this first term. I’ve copied the piece from August’s newsletter below as a reminder of the key information….

On the afternoon of Friday 21st September, we will be inviting all parents to come into school and discover what we have been doing this term! The afternoon will begin with all parents meeting in the gym hall to see a musical/dramatic ‘snippet’ of each class’ focus for this term, which has been centred around the notion of a ‘MADD’ project. MADD stands for Music, Art, Dance and Drama. After each class have given a sneaky preview, parents are invited to go off to their children’s classroom to find out more! Parents should arrive at 1.30pm and are invited to stay until home time at 3pm. Each class have focused on different themes (within the MADD structure) so this afternoon will be well worth attending! Each class will be sending out invitations nearer the time but we do look forward to seeing you on this day!

  1. Hi there. Just wondering if it’s definitely a 1.30pm start on Friday afternoon. My son brought an invitation home but it says 2pm so just thought I’d double check! Many thanks.

    • Thanks for the comment…we are opening doors at 1.30pm so that parents will be in the hall by 1.45pm when the fun begins! It is likely that parents will be in classrooms for around 2pm…hope this helps! If in doubt, please call the school office.
