Welcome Back!

Well, here we are…on the verge of doing it all over again! Hopefully all batteries have been well and truly re-charged and everyone is raring to go. Typically, the summer weather has decided to give us a sneaky peek at what we could have won and on this Sunday afternoon, we have glorious sunshine! Nevermind….

A quick reminder that as desperate as I’m sure all the pupils are, they must wait for another two days before they can come back to school. MOL will be open tomorrow (Monday) for STAFF only although the office will be manned for any urgent enquiries or questions.

School opens to all PUPILS on Tuesday at 9am (10am for incoming P1 pupils) and we will be starting with an assembly in the Gym Hall so pupils can enter through any of the normal doors and head straight to the hall to be welcomed back into MOL. Please remember that P1 pupils should be collected at 2.50pm on Tuesday only….

After such a wonderful first year, we are absolutely determined to build on all the positives and make 2012/13 an even greater success.

See you all very soon!

Mr Quigley

  1. Well I am not sure if this is true for all teachers at the end of the holidays, but looking at your first day of school quiz, I am the lady in the bottom right corner with the big smile on her face!!

I am really looking forward to seeing all of the children’s smiley faces on Tuesday morning!!

    Miss McRitchie 🙂

  2. Thank you Mr Quigley for the information…I was wondering how I was going to juggle things. I wonder would there be any chance of there being a note on the doors where the classes will be leaving from? I remember the confusion last year as to where to collect Fraser from?

  3. Thank you for the note on the door regarding classes..I still got it wrong!! What a fantastic first day back…Fraser had fun, the twins had fun at nursery and I had a coffee and a danish in peace!..without sharing it x3! I was wondering if the p2’s are allowed to leave the classroom at 3pm and walk around to the gates on their own? Fraser has asked if he can

    • Glad to hear that Day One went so well! In terms of the request, the best thing is to pop into school and have a chat with Fraser’s teacher to let her know of what you would like to do.
