Update on school set up!

A week (and a bit) on from the official handover of the keys, the school is really taking shape. The resources have started to arrive and the school is looking more and more like a school! There are still a large number of books, chairs and many other goodies due over the next ten days.

The furniture is more or less in place and we are well and truly on course for opening on August 16th!

Unfortunately, the planned book covering session tonight (Wed 20th) had to be cancelled due to the fact that the books had not arrived in time. Many thanks to all the parents who had volunteered their services. This session will be re-scheduled for early next week so keep an eye on the blog for details.

All in all, it has been a very exciting last few weeks and I have a feeling that the excitement will only get stronger before August 16th!

I hope to take some photos before the end of this week which I will post on the blog for pupils and parents to see.
